⭐ The LooseHeadz Future Stars Festival Returns in 2027! ⭐

After a hugely successful first event in April we are so excited to be back for more! LooseHeadz are so proud to be working with Camelot RUFC again in 2027 and it is going to be bigger, better, and more exciting than ever before!

For the first time, the festival will take place across TWO action-packed days, bringing together four age groups for an unforgettable weekend of rugby, fundraising and festival fun.

The first festival exceeded every expectation, bringing together incredible rugby, fantastic support from families and coaches, and an atmosphere that truly celebrated everything great about the game. The feedback from players, parents, volunteers, and clubs was overwhelming, with many calling it the perfect way to finish the rugby season.

One of the standout successes was the LooseHeadz Fair Play Point System, which rewarded sportsmanship, teamwork, respect, and enjoyment alongside performance on the pitch. It created a positive environment that made the festival special for everyone involved and perfectly reflected the values at the heart of grassroots rugby.

🏆 Every age group will battle it out in Trophy, Cup and Plate competitions, with silverware, medals and fundraising awards up for grabs across the festival weekend.

💙 A NEW WAY TO ENTER 💙

For 2027, we’re doing things a little differently.

Instead of paying a traditional entry fee, every team will take part in a fundraising challenge to support LooseHeadz and their mission to tackle mental health stigma in rugby.

We’re asking each team to aim to raise a minimum of £200, but how you do it is completely up to you.

This is about much more than fundraising. It’s about bringing teams together, creating memories away from the pitch, engaging local communities, and helping young players understand the positive impact they can have through rugby.

For 2027, the LooseHeadz Future Stars Festival will feature a dedicated Feature Pitch on both festival days in partnership with NextGen Live.

Throughout the weekend, matches played on the Feature Pitch will receive full live broadcast coverage, creating a professional matchday experience for players, coaches and supporters alike.

From team and player introductions to live commentary, instant replays and professional production, the Feature Pitch will bring a whole new dimension to the festival and showcase the very best of grassroots rugby.
