About the panel

What is the Community Panel?

The Community Panel is a volunteer group that helps LooseHeadz listen better,
learn more, and make smarter decisions.

It’s not a formal board role and it’s not about having all the answers. It’s about bringing together good people with different experiences who care about making a difference.

Who it’s for

We want to hear from a wide range of voices

People involved in rugby

Players, coaches, volunteers, parents, supporters — anyone connected to the game.

People with lived experience

People who have their own experiences of mental health and want to help shape better support and conversations.

People who care about community

Anyone who wants to use their voice to help make LooseHeadz stronger, more inclusive, and more relevant.

What’s involved

A simple, flexible commitment

Time commitment: around 2–4 hours per quarter

How you’ll take part: a few online chats each year, plus the odd chance to share thoughts on ideas, campaigns, or new projects

What we ask: be open, be respectful, keep things confidential
