LooseHeadz is a safe space for everyone—players, coaches, fans—let’s break the stigma together. If your club isn’t signed up, consider becoming the mental health lead and get access to our free resources like training, wellbeing check-ins, and support from our team.
The Partnership Programme is designed to support these LooseHeads by providing a toolkit full of resources aimed at tackling the stigma, and helping to promote mental fitness throughout your rugby club
On average, 1 person dies by suicide every 40 seconds around the world, that’s around 700,000 people per year. And the problem only seems to be getting worse, with the suicide rate increasing by around 36% between 2000-2001. We’re changing the narrative, using the power of the rugby community to get people talking about mental health.
