LooseHeadz Announces JAECOO as Official Headline Partner of 24/7s World Record Attempt

LooseHeadz is proud to announce JAECOO as the Official Headline Partner of 24/7s, the charity’s double Guinness World Record attempt to stage the longest continuous games of men’s and women’s rugby 7s ever played in support of mental health.

Taking place at Sandbach RUFC on 24-25 July 2026, 24/7s will bring together players, clubs, rugby legends and supporters from across the game to raise vital funds and awareness for rugby’s mental health movement.

The challenge aims to set a new Guinness World Record for the longest continuous game of men’s and women’s rugby 7s ever played, with players taking to the field for over 24 hours. The men’s team will attempt to break the existing record of 24 hours, 30 minutes. Building on the success of LooseHeadz’s previous double world record challenge for the longest games of 15s in 2026, the event is set to be one of the biggest community-driven rugby fundraising initiatives ever undertaken.

The partnership marks a significant milestone for LooseHeadz as JAECOO deepens its commitment to supporting mental health across rugby. Alongside its role as Official Headline Partner of 24/7s, JAECOO is also the Official Partner of the LooseHeadz Roadshow, which is touring rugby clubs across England and Scotland throughout Summer 2026.

The Roadshow brings the LooseHeadz mission directly into clubhouses and communities, introducing new audiences to rugby’s mental health while helping existing partner clubs feel more inspired, engaged and better equipped to support their members. Through club visits, workshops, conversations and events, the Roadshow helps create environments where players, coaches, volunteers and supporters feel comfortable speaking openly about mental health.

Together, the Roadshow and 24/7s represent a shared commitment from LooseHeadz and JAECOO to strengthen rugby communities and ensure more people have access to support when they need it most. While the Roadshow is taking the conversation around mental health directly to clubs across the UK, 24/7s will serve as a national moment to unite the rugby community behind the cause.

24/7s will provide a powerful platform to showcase the positive impact rugby can have when communities come together behind a common purpose. Throughout the 24-hour challenge, participants and supporters will help raise awareness of the mental health challenges facing players and clubs while generating funds to support LooseHeadz’ mission to place a mental health champion in every rugby club worldwide.
