Because of you, in 2025 LooseHeadz is now supporting 1,400 rugby clubs across 36 different countries. That still doesn’t quite feel real to write.

But numbers only ever tell part of the story. This year, we’ve had more people tell us that LooseHeadz has changed their life. Some have told us we have saved their life. That’s why we started LooseHeadz.

This has been our biggest, most challenging, and most rewarding year yet. It feels like things have really clicked. The messages we hear on the ground – in clubhouses, in changing rooms – remind us every day that what we do matters.

We’ll be honest; giving 100% of our effort to this mission hasn’t been easy. And we haven’t saved everyone, which will always hurt. But we show up every single day. Because the rugby family needs us, and no one should ever struggle alone.

LooseHeadz was built for the rugby community, by the rugby community. Rugby has always been about more than just a game. It’s about the people, the passion, the grit, the determination, the love, and the community around it. From the mental health champions in our partner clubs, to everyone who has liked, followed, subscribed, donated, volunteered, fundraised, sponsored or supported in their own way, from the very bottom of our hearts, thank you. One of our values is the importance of community, and we continue to be blown away by the amazing support our community provides.

As we enter the holiday season, let’s remember the importance of community as we reach out to friends and family in the knowledge that this time of year doesn’t always bring the joy & happiness that social media might suggest. So now more than ever, remember to be kind. And if you are struggling, please know that you are not alone. Support is out there, and as a community we will continue to do all that we can to be there for each other.
