New Season – We are here for you

We hope you’re excited for the new season if you’re based in the UK! We’re delighted to be partnered with so many great clubs and we want to thank you for being part of this mental health movement and making a real difference in the sport we all love.

Please find below some helpful resources and support ahead of the new season. (If you’re mid season, we hope this still serves as a helpful reminder!) It’s the perfect time to update any account information, or get in touch with the LooseHeadz Team if you need support with your partnership. Hopefully the FAQs below will answer any questions you have, if not please keep scrolling down to complete our form and get in touch. Thank you.

Please have a read of our FAQs

How do I find out if my club is registered with LooseHeadz?

Head to our club maps and you can search for your club! If it’s not there, you can sign up here.

What information should I check?

Check things like the Club Lead and the Mental Health Champions are correct and the Club address. If any of these are incorrect, you can complete this form and let us know.

Our club name or address is incorrect.

You can contact the Club Lead and they can log in to change these! Alternatively, if the Club Lead is also wrong, you can complete this form to let us know.

Can I add a new Mental Health Champion?

Yes! Once you have created a log in, you can search for the club and click “become a Mental Health Champion” and your Club Lead will get an email to log in and approve this. You’ll receive an email to confirm once it’s done!

Do we need to register again if the details are wrong?

No – either let the Club Lead know or let us know here and we can fix it for you.

My club isn’t appearing on the map

For new clubs, you’ll need to wait for the Club Chair to approve the registration. Once this is done, it can take up to 24 hours to show. If you know this has been approved and still isn’t showing, please let us know here and we can fix this for you.

STILL NEED HELP?

University Mental Health Module

The purpose of the module is to provide a basic, evidence based and practical introduction to supporting mental health in a university rugby environment.

ACCESS HERE

Become a LooseHeadz Facilitator

Registered LooseHeadz clubs can sign up for their Mental Health Champion or Club Safeguarding Lead to receive training from LooseHeadz so they can deliver our 60 minute workshop to adults within their own club on mental wellbeing.

The workshops have been built by the rugby community for the rugby community. They cover what good mental health is and the benefits of rugby for mental health, evidence-based ways to support good mental health and signposting to further support. Training will take place on a number of dates over the next six months in Bath, London and Manchester.

If you are the LooseHead or Safeguarding Lead, have completed our mental health module and are interested in training, you can register your interest here: LooseHeadz Workshop Facilitator Interest and we’ll follow up the w/c 31st August.
