By registering for and participating in the 24/7s Longest Games of 7s Rugby event, I acknowledge and agree that:

 
• Rugby is a physically demanding contact sport, and participation in this event may involve prolonged periods of physical exertion, fatigue, physical contact, and an increased risk of injury
 
• I understand that it is my sole responsibility to assess whether I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this event
 
• I confirm that I have sought, or have had the opportunity to seek, appropriate advice from my GP, doctor, or other suitably qualified healthcare professional regarding my fitness to participate, taking into account any medical conditions, injuries, medications, or other factors that may affect my ability to participate safely
 
• I am satisfied, based on any advice received and my own assessment, that I am physically and mentally capable of taking part in this event
 
• I agree to immediately stop participating and inform event organisers if I experience any illness, injury, symptoms, or concerns that may affect my safety or the safety of others during the event
 
• I understand that the organisers are not providing medical advice and that any decision to participate is made by me and at my own discretion
• I agree to disclose any relevant medical information requested by the organisers where necessary to assist with participant welfare and emergency response procedures
