First- check if your club is signed up already! Head to our MAP to have a look, if your club is there already, contact the club lead and ask them to add you on.
If your club isn’t there, we’ve created a really simple sign up form, which can be found HERE.
When you’re filling it out, make sure you put in as much information as you can, including the clubs’ registered name with your union! If you aren’t sure, head to your rugby unions website to check.
You’ll get a user activation email pretty quickly, your club can’t be registered if you don’t activate your email address.
Make sure your club chair is aware that you are joining as they have to confirm the registration- you won’t be able to access the toolkit without their permission!
If you’ve received the new link via email, log into the website and then open the link.
If you have just signed up your club, your club chair has to approve registration, and then you’ll get an email with the toolkit link.
You must be logged into the website first before opening the toolkit link or it won’t work!
Yes you can!
Sign in on the website and head to the top right hand corner- click on “MY CLUBS”. A drop down will then appear, click on the club you’d like to edit. It will take you to your club’s LooseHeadz page where there’s a button to “EDIT CLUB”.
Here, you can edit the address, contact number, website and club name. As a club lead, you can also edit the roles of members or remove members from the club page.
First, check if your club is registered using the map. If it’s not, you’ll need to go through the registration process.
If your club is there but you aren’t yet registered on our site, you can do that HERE.
Once you have found your club, you can click “become a mental health champion” and fill in the request. The club lead will then review. You’ll receive a welcome email after you have been approved!
Yes- fill in the contact us form and we can remove you from the database.
