Get ready for an unforgettable day of rugby, fun, and fierce competition as we bring together some of the brightest young talent from across the country! This one-day youth rugby extravaganza will feature:

🏉 U12 Boys (£120 per team)
🏉 U12 Girls (£120 per team)
This isn’t just any tournament—it’s a celebration of grassroots rugby! We’re welcoming Under 11 and Under 12 teams from far and wide for a day packed with passion, teamwork, and community spirit 💪. Whether you’re a player, coach, parent, or just a fan, this festival is your ticket to witness the future stars of rugby in action.
📍 Set in the heart of Hemel Hempstead, the stunning Camelot RUFC will host the event, offering top-notch facilities and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. Get ready for a day where fun meets fierce competition—where the values of rugby shine: teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline, and sportsmanship 🏆.
🔥 FESTIVAL FORMAT:
36 Teams in U11 Mixed
36 Teams in U12 Boys
12 Teams in U12 Girls
Each team plays in groups of 6
Final match-ups based on group placement (1st vs 1st, 2nd vs 2nd, etc.)
Group games = 12 minutes ⏱ | Finals = 10 minutes
All matches follow RFU Regulation 15 ⚖
🌟 All matches will use the LooseHeadz Fair Play Scoring System, championing all the things we love most about rugby: integrity, effort, and sportsmanship 🙌.
🧢 Squad Details & Medals:
U11s: Max 13 squad / 9 on field
U12s: Max 16 squad / 12 on field
💥 Everyone who plays gets a medal! – Teams that win get the trophies!
🕒 Key Timings:
Coach Briefing: 9.30am @ Tournament Control / PA Tent
First Game Kick-Off: 10.00am sharp! (U12 Girls Kock-Off @ 15:00)
4-minute breaks between games to keep things on track ⏳
Site access for tents/gazebos: 07.30 – 08.00am only
Please set up away from marked pitches & keep 2m back from play zones for safety 🚫🧍🧍
🏥 Safety & First Aid:
On-site first aid will be available
Teams must bring their own basic first aid supplies (ice packs, tape, plasters, etc.)

📸 Capture the Moments:
The amazing team from DE Photo will be on-site snapping the action. Photos will be available to view and buy on the day—so bring your best game face! 📷🔥
🍔 Food & Drink:
Refreshments available all day from the Clubhouse + a variety of awesome vendors 🍟☕🍕
Artisan coffee stands for that much-needed caffeine hit ☕
The bar will be open at an appropriate time for adult beverages 🍻
