To ensure the success of this challenge, we will need:

24 women’s players
24 men’s players
12 team managers
8 match officials

What’s included?

Scimitar playing kit
Accommodation Saturday 25th July

Note: You will need to arrange your own travel to and from Sandbach RUFC

Costs and entry fees

Players: £450, split into:

Deposit £150 (refundable if you are not selected)
2 payments of £150 between 1st April and 30th June 2026

Fundraising goal: You will commit to raise £1,500 to support LooseHeadz

Team managers: £100, split into:

Deposit £50 (refundable if you are not selected)
1 payment of £50 between 1st April and 30th June 2026

Fundraising goal: You will commit to raise £500 to support LooseHeadz

Match officials: £100, split into:

Deposit £50 (refundable if you are not selected)
1 payment of £50 between 1st April and 30th June 2026
