The mission is simple; to place a mental health lead into every rugby club around the world, and equip them with a toolkit of resources to help #TackleTheStigma. We fund this through the sale of our clothing range, with 100% of the profits being used to help #TackleTheStigma.
We believe that by building a community, united around a shared mission, we can begin to turn the tide against poor mental health. We do this by creating rugby clothing designed to get people talking. Working closely with our exceptional partners, we strive for diversity and a positive impact on our communities in everything we do.
We will never know if we have achieved our mission, and that is why we will never stop!
Our Mission
Our Mission Place a mental health lead into every rugby club around the world.
Our Values
Our values reflect those we hope would be represented in any rugby club across the world.
Use business as a force for good
Who would have thought starting a company to give away money was a good idea? We do this because we love what we do, not to make money. We believe in the value of ‘rugbyness’, and this is at the heart of everything we do.
The importance of community
We believe in the power of sport to change the world. Whether online or on the pitch, we want to leave a lasting legacy. We want LooseHeadz to represent everyone.
Use business as a force for good
We believe that business can be a force for positive change, and that is why #TackleTheStigma is our North Star. We will always aspire to do the right thing.
Wear the posts with pride
We focus on making great products which, wherever possible have a minimal negative impact on our environment and communities. But we can, and will do better.
The Team
Having witnessed first-hand the devastating impacts of poor mental health, LooseHeadz was founded by Dave, Mark and Rob in 2017.
With over 60 years of playing experience between us, reinforced with a desire to help others, we started our campaign to #TackleTheStigma.
Along the way, we have been joined by our partners Team Mental Health, a host of incredible ambassadors, and the patron of our Foundation, Shaun Edwards. With their unwavering support, we have already made great strides, but now we need you.
